Brian O’Donnell

Brian O’Donnell is the Managing Partner of the firm. He has over 33 years experience as a corporate lawyer. During his career he became a corporate equity partner at 29 in William Fry Solicitors, one of Ireland’s largest corporate law firms. He held many senior positions in that firm including being its Managing Partner. In 1999, Brian O’Donnell stepped down from William Fry to establish Brian O’Donnell Solicitors in order to concentrate on core corporate law.

During his career he has been nominated regularly as one of Ireland’s leading corporate lawyers by independent publications. He has acted as lead lawyer in privitisations, initial public offerings in Dublin and London and the largest takeovers and mergers in Ireland. He has also won significant pro bono litigation cases.

During his career he has received many accolades and was recently recognised by National University of Ireland Galway as one of its most successful alumni.
